Stronger Together
Stand Rock Hospitality was founded in 2007 in Wisconsin Dells, WI, the “Waterpark Capital of the World”. Its team of hospitality professionals has an extensive background in the waterpark segment from founding, developing and managing “America’s Largest Waterpark Resort” to owning and operating “America’s Largest Outdoor Waterpark”.
Landmark Development Company was founded in 2001 and has evolved its internal organization over nearly 20 years to anticipate and address the ever-changing market demands. Landmark prides itself as a creative team with years of diverse experience, a disciplined approach and community focus. Landmark’s experience ranges from renown sports stadiums to the revitalization of major city-scapes, with focus of creating iconic destinations.
